ONSITE3 has a full range of services for restoring data from both current and legacy applications. This means your aging or damaged media can become a valuable source of information. Our services include:
- Inventory/Catalog services: With amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the stakes in the Readiness arena are higher than ever. We can help you keep up by inventorying and cataloging your backup tapes, and determining how and where electronic documents and emails are located.
- Backup tape restoration: Our experts have the extraction techniques at hand for obtaining electronic data in a forensically-sound manner. Based on the backup software used with your tapes, we can restore data either through a non-native restoration or rebuild of the client environment.
- Exchange database extraction: To restore email communications, our technicians can save all catalog files and search for offline and online databases. We can restore the client environment, mirror and rebuild the Exchange databases, or extract Exchange or Lotus Notes mailbox data.
- Mailbox recovery: Upon completion of the mailbox extraction, our personnel can log into the mail file and deliver relevant information for your review and processing.
- Tape duplication: Duplicating relevant backup tapes can be tedious and time consuming for your IT staff. Our staff can provide you with a bit-by-bit copy of the tape.
