Looking for a way to spend less time formatting and building your privilege log? Clients can easily manage one or more privilege logs in a centralized location within eView. This dedicated workspace allows you to manage and edit the privilege log, select the fields that need to be on the privilege log, and export the log to a desired delimited format. Furthermore, the ability to define privilege log rules and include privilege families is another important feature provided by eView that helps to ensure privileged information is not produced by mistake. In this episode, attendees will have the opportunity to see a live demonstration of eView’s efficient privilege log capabilities.

By using eView, various and customizable reports can be easily generated by the client for nearly every component of the review and production. For example, clients can receive and review custom daily reports, permission reports, detailed project reports (by client, case, or database), administrative log reports (big brother), and forecasting reports. Custom reporting enables clients to receive information that is unique and specific to each individual review and reviewer. ONSITE3’s eView platform offers the ability to create simple and advanced queries, including Boolean or natural language searches, which can help you find the proverbial needle in the hay stack.
