Phil Shellhaas
Managing Partner - Atlanta
Phil Shellhaas is the Managing Partner for ONSITE3's Atlanta operations and is responsible for managing the company's southeast regional sales force and operational staff, including both traditional litigation support and the Facilities Management Division of ONSITE3. Having been with ONSITE3 for more than a decade, Mr. Shellhaas possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding all phases of electronic and paper-based discovery processes, including for support of industry leading document review platforms. Shellhaas has also served as an instructor for multiple CLE courses held in the Atlanta area, including courses on the newly adopted Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Because of his deep understanding of both litigation technologies and discovery processes, Shellhaas often assists clients with pre-sales and sales consulting, including Meet and Confers, to help them understand and define the scope of their discovery and other litigation support requirements.

Susan E. Massey
Managing Partner - Chicago
Susan is responsible for managing the company's Chicago-based sales and operations staff. Prior to joining ONSITE3 in 2006, Ms. Massey managed the Midwest region for a national litigation electronic data discovery provider. Massey has litigation support experience with cases involving personal and business tort, complex contract and commercial matters, mass tort, energy and environmental, labor and employment, and other practice areas - including state and federal forums and multi-jurisdictional/multi-party matters. Massey has taken leadership roles in industry and community activities and has a personal commitment to client needs and her ability to deliver results. Massey leverages her expertise to assist clients with complex litigation matters for both corporations and law firms. Massey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and Masters studies in Guidance and Counseling.

Todd Messina
Managing Partner - New York City
Todd Messina is the Managing Partner for ONSITE3's New York City operations and is responsible for managing the company's New York-area sales force and operational staff. Having been with ONSITE3 for more than seven years, Mr. Messina possesses a hands-on understanding of all facets of the business from paper discovery to electronic discovery. Messina uses this experience to help clients understand for themselves the services that are available and which are best suited to address their requirements. Messina and the entire New York staff run a very efficient operation and place a high priority on ensuring the best quality and most accurate results on a daily basis for all their clients.
