Robert C. Ballou
Chief Executive Officer
Robert C. Ballou is the Chief Executive Officer for ONSITE³ and a member of the corporate Board of Directors. Mr. Ballou joined ONSITE³ from software leader Intuit where he led that company's Real Estate Solutions business. During his three years at Intuit, Ballou and his team successfully transitioned an enterprise software and consulting solutions business into a global market leader while also delivering substantial growth in revenue, earnings and shareholder value. Prior to Intuit, Ballou served for over 20 years with General Electric where he led numerous acquisitions and new business development initiatives for a variety of industrial equipment and financial businesses, both in the United States and internationally. Ballou holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.

Bill Truchan
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Truchan is the Chief Operating Officer of ONSITE³ and is responsible for all corporate operations and administrative functions of the company. Prior to ONSITE³, Truchan spent 14 years in the document management industry, primarily with IKON Office Solutions as their CFO (Mid Atlantic Region). Truchan also spent six years in the M&A department for IKON and was involved in over 225 acquisitions in the document management arena. Truchan is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Temple University.

Mike Empey
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Empey is the Chief Financial Officer for ONSITE³ and is responsible for the company's finance and accounting activities. Mr. Empey previously served as the company’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining ONSITE³, Empey spent seven years in public accounting, including the last five of those years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young. During this time, Empey was involved in over 85 transactions representing both strategic and financial buyers across numerous industries. Empey is a CPA and holds a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Arestotle Thapa
Chief Development Officer
Arestotle Thapa is the Chief Development Officer for ONSITE³. Mr. Thapa is responsible for determining technical initiatives, strategies, and operating plans that provide sustainable competitive advantages, as well as for driving technological activities throughout the organization to ensure strategic alignment with corporate missions and goals. With over 13 years of experience in building technology solutions, Thapa recognized the importance of developing unique and innovative technology solutions for ONSITE³ and was instrumental in the creation of the company's E3 eDiscovery platform, as well as in development of the company's eView review platform. Prior to ONSITE³, Thapa was engaged in the development of a software system to automate Flight Operation for the US Army, which helped his Battalion to receive the Top Flight Award 2001. Thapa also previously owned and operated ComputerWave, a technology consulting company based in Nepal. Thapa holds a Master of Science in Management Info rmation Systems from George Washington University and multiple industry certifications including MCSE, MCDBA, CDIA+ and Federal CIO Certificate.

Karen Schuler
Vice President of Consulting
Karen Schuler is the Vice President of Consulting with consulting experience with large scale and complex litigation and regulatory requests. Her most recent engagements include working for a boutique litigation consulting firm, a contract for the US Securities & Exchange Commission as a Senior Computer Forensic Examiner, and Navigant Consulting. The goal of the consulting team is to establish complementary services, and to leverage additional opportunities for all ONSITE³ teams.

Jeff C. Fehrman
President, Electronic Evidence Labs, a division of ONSITE³
Jeffery Fehrman is the President of Electronic Evidence Labs (“EELabs”), a division of ONSITE³. Fehrman specializes in providing consultative and investigative services to law firms, corporations, and government clients. A member of the Sedona Conference, Fehrman is a subject matter expert on electronic evidence and frequently speaks on innovations and obstacles facing corporations and law firms today. Prior to EELabs, Fehrman was the Director of Information Technology at ONSITE³. Prior to joining ONSITE³, Fehrman served as Sr. Systems Engineer with the Marine Corps Recruiting Command in Quantico, Virginia. Fehrman is currently a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), International Information Systems Forensic Association (IISFA) and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).

Debra Rozier
Vice President of ASP Services
Debra Rozier is Vice President of ASP Services for ONSITE³. In this role, Ms. Rozier is responsible for product planning, design and life cycle management of ONSITE³s document review and data repository services, called eView. She also provides account management for large, global sales activities and alliance relationships. Prior to ONSITE³, Ms. Rozier served as Litigation Support Manager at a mid-size law firm, Miller & Chevalier, in Washington, D.C. Previously, Ms. Rozier served as Legal Technical Administrator at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, Florida, and was responsible for coordinating large document production teams in connection with significant corporate litigation, government investigations, and subpoenas, as well as providing pre-trial and trial support to in-house and outside counsel. Ms. Rozier received a B.A. in marketing from the University of South Carolina, and an A.S. degree in Communications and Media Arts.

Christopher Jurkiewicz
Vice President of eDiscovery Technology
Christopher Jurkiewicz is the Vice President of eDiscovery Technology for ONSITE³. Mr. Jurkiewicz is responsible for the architectural design and development of the company's Electronic Evidence Enterprise (E3) eDiscovery platform, including deployment of updates, training, creation of throughput metrics, and standardization of processes and client delivery methodologies. Jurkiewicz is also heavily involved in eDiscovery project planning and implementation. As an 8+ year veteran of the litigation support service industry, Jurkiewicz has been progressively promoted from his beginnings in ONSITE³'s data delivery department where he helped standardize procedures and created workflow processes, such as for achieving greater efficiencies when merging scanned documents with coded and electronically produced data. Later as Director of Electronic Data Discovery, Jurkiewicz was central to the creation of ONSITE³'s Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) service and spearheaded client requests and enhancements to the company's eDiscovery processing service. Jurkiewicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Marymount University.

Robert Chuey
Vice President of National Accounts
Robert Chuey is the Vice President of National Accounts for ONSITE³. With over 19 years of experience, Mr. Chuey's role includes leading business development efforts to expand and strengthen ONSITE³'s national presence, including responsibilities for fostering new and existing national corporate client accounts as well as cultivating business relationships with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Chuey was previously the Regional Vice President of Sales and was responsible for the East Coast region including the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Atlanta, Raleigh/Durham, New York, and Chicago sales offices where he successfully orchestrated an increase in the company's overall sales presence. Prior to ONSITE³, Chuey's experience includes serving in various sales, marketing, and financial roles within the consumer industries, and in coaching positions in collegiate level basketball. He received a B.A. with a concentration in Business from Shepherd University.

Cristal Kurtz
Vice President of Human Resources
Cristal Kurtz is Vice President of Human Resources for ONSITE³. Ms. Kurtz is responsible for leading the company's collaborative efforts for national employee relations, staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, and payroll. Previously, Kurtz held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at ONSITE³ where she successfully drove development of updated benefits offerings, highly competitive recruitment efforts, an increased sense of team culture across all company locations, and an outstanding employee retention rate. Prior to ONSITE³, Kurtz has strong experience in corporate employee relations for a major national non-profit organization and in developing the human resources infrastructure in the pre-IPO, high-growth, hi-tech dotcom and aerospace industries of the West Coast region. Her prior accomplishments include domestic and international human resources management, corporate compensation and benefits program development, succession and retention planning, developing international and multi-site recruiting infrastructure, and building reward programs to encourage client centric behaviors. Kurtz holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters Degree from Southwest Texas State University as well as a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHRM).
